Course Overview

The Certificate in Spa Business Startup focuses on creating and validating a spa enterprise.

Participants learn how to select and validate a business idea, define a target customer, develop a responsible spa concept, calculate startup costs, price services, organize an initial workforce and prepare a realistic market-entry plan

The program combines business-development tools with the realities of Nepal’s spa, wellness, hospitality and healing sectors. Every participant works toward a practical Spa Startup Portfolio based on their own business idea.

Aim of the Course & Learning Outcomes

To help aspiring and early-stage spa entrepreneurs identify, validate and develop a commercially viable idea, ethically responsible and locally relevant spa business concept that can create dignified work and contribute to Nepal’s wellness economy.

To receive the Certificate in Spa Business Startup, participants must:

    • Maintain at least 90% attendance
    • Complete the required portfolio components
    • Achieve a minimum overall result of 60%
    • Deliver the final business pitch

The certificate confirms completion of startup-business training.
