About the Principal / Spa Trainer.
In 2009, Ms. Reena Shrestha graduated with a prestigious CIDESCO Diploma and returned from Singapore to raise the standards spa industry in Nepal.
Reena brought back her 1200 hrs. of training (and 600 hrs of internships) in aesthetics and she is equipped with skills to shape up the world of spa business.
Over the last two decades, she has been a driving force in formalizing and elevating vocational beauty, spa, and massage therapy education in Nepal.
Historic CIDESCO Accreditation: Under her technical guidance, AIPA achieved a historic milestone by becoming Nepal's very first official CIDESCO Training School. This enables Nepalese students to study a globally standardized curriculum and prepare directly for international certifications.

Mr. Kumar Raja Maharjan.
He plays a central role in managing the business development, strategic growth, and corporate scaling of the academy.
Executive Leadership: Working alongside Founder Reena Shrestha, he has helped guide AIPA from its humble beginnings into becoming Nepal’s first CIDESCO-accredited Training School. Industry Focus: He actively promotes wellness tourism and holds a strong focus on building a cohesive ecosystem connecting local educators, global practitioners, and future spa professionals. Entrepreneurship & Associations: Beyond AIPA, his background spans deeper roots in the wellness sector—having served as the Chairman of Heritage Spa—and he actively engages with business networks like the Nepal Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
