Reena Shrestha - Principal & Spa Trainer.
Reena Shrestha, a seasoned spa professional, began her career in 2003.
After completing her diploma at a local institution, she opened a small, women-friendly salon in Kathmandu.
However, after two years of successful operation, Reena felt the need to upgrade her skills. She consulted with various local institutions, but none offered the advanced training she sought beyond basic hair and beauty services.
In 2007, young and eager to learn, Reena moved to Singapore to obtain the prestigious CIDESCO Diploma from a CIDESCO-accredited school. This decision marked a significant turning point in her career, equipping her with the expertise needed to excel in the spa and wellness industry.
What Reena learned in Singapore?
After graduating from highly respected CIDESCO accredited school in Singapore, Reena successfully learned the followings :
- Human Anatomy and physiology.
- Internationally recognized Swedish facial and body treatments as well as skill such as Nails, Make-up and waxing.
- Hygiene, Skin Analysis, Deep Cleansing and Intensive Mask Treatment.
- Various machine and devices used for Facial and Body Electric Treatment such as GALVANIC, FARADIC, VACCUM SUCTION, G5 and so on.
- Manicure, Pedicure, Body Wrap, Body Scrub and so on,
- Case study and Assignment on Indian Head Massage Techniques; and,
- Effective operation of a Spa in a professional environment.
Current Venture
Currently Reena is managing Heritage Spa and AIPA as a responsible person for its smooth operation.
