Course Overview
NEPAL’S #1 Diploma Program.
This Full-Time Diploma course is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become proficient and excel in the spa industry.
National and international spas recognize the AIPA Diploma due to the program being conducted by a CIDESCO graduate, which ensures the best practices of the spa industry.
Aim of the Course & Learning Outcomes
You will become an integral part of your clients' health and wellness journey, helping them to reduce stress, improve circulation, and provide much-needed relaxation.
Successful graduates will find opportunities to work in various spas, and resorts, or even start and run their own spa business.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Develop a deep understanding of various massage therapy techniques.
- Understand the benefits and contraindications of each massage therapy techniques,
- Learn how to perform each massage techniques safely and effectively; and,
- Develop the ability to communicate with clients and provide personalised massage therapy treatments
Course Modules
The curriculum provides a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience—covering therapeutic and corrective massage techniques, body posture correction, stress management, and muscular pain relief.

- Human Anatomy & Physiology
Course Structure
Mode of Study: in-person practical & theory sessions.
Schedule: Minimum 6 hours per day (Sun–Fri)
Assessment: Observation, Q&A, exam, and guided practice.
Exam: Module-based exams
Internship: May be offered after completion.
This program consists 80% practical and 20% theoretical sessions.

Pre-Requisites
Age & literacy: Minimum age usually 18; ability to comprehend English or Nepalese language. Prior qualification: No formal prior massage qualification is required. Health: Physically fit for practical training.
