Stage 2 — Complete Examination & Research Assignment
Requirement: 95% attendance + 1,500-word research paper and presentation Each student submits a written research paper on a selected module and presents it before peers and instructors.
Outcome: AIPA Diploma in Spa Therapy qualification awarded.
Stage 3 — Internship Placement (3-6 Months)
Placement Sites: 5-Star Hotels, Resorts, and Partner Spas Gain exposure through real-time workplace training under executive supervision.
Outcome: Professional work experience and client service readiness.
Stage 4 — Begin Career as Spa Therapist
Entry-Level Role: Spa Therapist or Massage Practitioner Work directly with clients to provide therapeutic treatments and wellness services.
Outcome: 900+ practical hours of service and professional credibility.
Stage 5 — Progress to Assistant Spa Manager
After 2 Years of Experience Assist in front-office operations, scheduling, customer relations, and staff coordination. Develop leadership qualities and learn spa administration.
Outcome: Supervisory-level expertise and managerial foundation.
Stage 6 — Specialization Track (Optional)
Duration: Duration: 3–6 Months Advance your professional profile through specialized training in:

Stage 7 — Spa Manager Level
After 3–5 Years of Total Experience Manage spa teams, design wellness programs, oversee service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Stage 8 — Spa Director / Entrepreneur
